My Topshop Spring 2012 Must Haves!

Topshop have just got loads of their new spring collection in and I have picked out some of my favourite key pieces that I think will look amazing this season...

Aztec Dip Hem Skirt
£38
**This skirt will look gorgeous with a plain boob tube or a cream/white floaty top, tucked in with lots of gold bangles and statement necklace.

Pleat Ponte Pencil Shift Dress
£46
**This dress is so sophisticated and perfect for cocktails with the girls, I have tried this dress on in store, and I must admit it is really flattering and gives your figure a great shape. I think the camel colour is perfect for spring :)

 Animal Drop Hem Dress
£38
**I absolutely love this dress and I had to buy it as soon as I saw it! I think it will look amazing on a summer holiday as well as a night out with the girls. I wore mine with statement gold jewellery and looks awesome with platform ankle boots or gladiators.

***Here is a picture of my friend Lois over Christmas, how gorgeous does she look!

MOTO High Waisted Jamie Jeans
£40
**I LOVE these! I love it when shops bring out all their pastel coloured jeans and these are perfect for everyday with a casual tee.

Porcelain Flower Print Corset
£30
**I think these colours look amazing with shiny blonde hair and would look nice with white skinny jeans or if your feeling adventurous some high waisted white hot pants and wedges- perfect for a summer BBQ :)

Paramount Peeptoe Ankle Boots in Black
£40 SALE!!

**I can't believe I haven't bought these yet because they are AMAZING! They are in the premium range and have gone down to just £40. Winning. These would look really nice with the aztec skirt I have picked out.

Paragon Zip Front High Sandals
£90

**Again these shoes will go with the aztec dress as well as wet look leggings and look really classy on.

Stud Leopard Corset Dress by Dress Up Topshop
£150

**Although this dress is a bit more on the pricey side, it is a dress that will stand out from the crowd and something completely different. I love the mixture of styles and colours with the floaty white leopard print overlay and the statement black corset underneath. Beautiful.

Animal Border Vest
£20

**At just £20 this is a bargain from Topshop and will look gorgeous with wet look leggings or some leather pants. Then as soon summer comes around snap them up with some denim hot pants and voila another outfit.

There is loads more to choose from online but these are my faves :)
Hope you like!

Celeb fix

As I was looking through my Twitter feed today, I came across a tweet mentioning an amazing website that I have never seen before 'Celeb Boutique'. If your celebrity fashion mad like me, then this will be right up your street.

Basically it makes a copy of all the dresses and other 'There's no way I can afford that' items that you have seen on your favourite celebs but with a high street price.

I've got to say though, when I say high street price, they are all still ranging from £100 upwards unless you grab yourself a sale item.

I am in love with Herve Leger dresses and as soon as I earn enough money this will be my first purchase (along with the Louboutins!!). However on Celeb Boutique there are loads of pretty accurate copies of these dresses that I probably wouldn't mind paying as it is an eighth of some of the ones on my wish list.

I have picked out a few of my favourites from the website....

'Kimmie Adelisa' Hot Pink Strapless Bodycon Bandage Dress
£119.99

Heidi Montag
Kim Kardashian
**Classic Bodycon piece, perfect for any occasion

'Fergie' Ivory Fringe Strapless Bandage Bodycon Dress
£129.99

Rochelle Wiseman

**Cute for a night out with the Boyf ! (N'aww)

'Fox' Black Mesh Bandage Dress
£109.99

Megan Fox

**Sexy with the mesh cut out, but still classy at the knee
'Sass' Gold Crystal Embellished Black Bandage Dress
£149.99

Beyonce Knowles

**Shows off your curves and looks amazing with statement earrings and ring!

'Paris' Blue Glitter One Shoulder Bodycon Dress
£79.99

'Paris' Red Glitter One Shoulder Power Shoulder Dress
£69.99

Paris Hilton

**They also have these dresses in Silver & Gold for £69.99
***I think the blue dress looks gorgeous with Paris' blonde hair, and the red version of the dress would look amazing with some glossy brown locks :)

There are loads more dresses I love on this site along with skirts, shoes, accessories. Definitely worth a stop off if you want something for a special night out and you want to splash out a little :)

Mega Girl Crush: Cheryl Cole

As I have previously said that I am a little bit obsessed with Cheryl Cole, for Christmas I got her new calender and she looks AMAZING.

I could literally look at the pictures all day long, I love everything about them- the clothes, the hair, the make up, the settings. Just beautiful.

It is now my mission to find all of these clothes that I can wear myself without them being expensive designer! Some of them would look gorgeous for the Summer <3 Here are some of my favourites...

Cheryl Cole & Stylist Pick

For Christmas I was super happy that my boyfriend decided to get my very own pair of Cheryl Cole shoes from her new collection at StylistPick.com. I am utterly obsessed with the woman and got so excited when I saw the box all wrapped up pretty!

I think that it is an amazing website (not just because of Cheryl) but just the fact that before viewing the site they give you a quick and fun questionnaire, where you can choose and narrow down your own personal style. The products are then sent to you via email that Stylist Pick think you may like, so basically your own personal shopper.

I am not going to lie though. When I first went on to see the Cheryl Cole collection I think I anticipated too much, her collection isn't THAT great. Personally my favourites are the RiRi boots, the T.L.C boots in Chocolate & Caramel and the Byker Grove Mucky Puppy boots, as these are the only ones I would wear.

Fortunately my boyfriend managed to pick me one of the only pair I liked and would wear (phewww), and I am the proud owner of some RiRi boots. I have to say the packaging and extras were a bonus. My shoes came in a Stylist Pick gift bag and lovely Cheryl Cole gift wrap.

Not only did it come looking pretty, they even threw in a free Grazia magazine and a super cute charm necklace! Cheers!

Overall I am hoping that Cheryl extends her range, and develops her designs further, giving me something more to like about this collection. Dont fret though Cheryl, I still love you...

New Jewellery!

So recently, I've been getting a bit bored of the standard jewellery knocking about in shops. After working in a jewellery shop for two and a half years, and gaining a vast amount of earrings, necklaces and rings I'm looking for something new and different that stands out from the rest of my feather earrings, statement rings and charm necklaces.

So after having a browse on line and in work (Topshop), I managed to find some key pieces that look awesome, cool and different....

How cute is this earring!?... My flat mate bought one from Afflex Palace in Manchester, and ever since I have been dying to get my hands on one. I managed to get this one off EBay for a reasonable price and I wear it all the time. It definitely looks best when you have your hair tied up in a messy bun, as obviously it is more visible and I think it suits the look.

This little piece is new in Topshop and I absolutely love it! My roomie got a gorgeous silver one on holiday and I couldn't find one like it anywhere until now! It's £14 from Freedom and I think it looks amazing with any sort of relaxed/neutral colours/animal print outfit. I have worn it a lot over Christmas and it has gained itself lots of complements! Perfect for the summer as well :)

This is probably one of my most favourite items of jewellery at the moment. That and the fact it has just gone down to sale price in Topshop! I love how it goes round your shoulders and down your back, and again, a perfect piece for winter and summer seasons! I think it looks good with dresses/tops that show your back off so you can get the full effect of the necklace.

I know these have been around for a while but I originally saw one whilst browsing in London in a vintage shop, where they were selling them for £10... It might be me but I found £10 was a little steep for a piece of Scrabble! So after searching for what felt like ages, I am finally an owner of a Scrabble ring. It's perfect for everyday and works with most outfits. This one was just £3 off EBay. Perfect.
