Top - River Island
Leggings - Topshop
Socks - Topshop
Hi-Tops - Footlocker
Hat - The Hundreds

Hello Dolls :)

When the sales first stated, I saw absolutely nothing I liked. I thought it was all rubbish until now! When I was younger I used to be so excited to go and spend all my Christmas money with my mum on boxing day, but oh my, how times have changed! I can't stand traipsing round my favourite shops that have now turned into a jumble sale. Don't get me wrong, nothing against those in retail that are trying to keep it as tidy as possible, after working in retail since I was 16 - I feel your pain! Nevertheless, it's still a massive effort to hunt down anything half decent when they have brought the tons of stock out from previous years, to add to the rest of the crap no one wanted.

I have now decided that sale shopping mid January is the way forward. everything is easier to look at and sale has been reduced further! Yay! I have picked up a few things recently, which I will be posting about :) I managed to pick up this super cute baby pink top from River Island that I absolutely LOVE and it was only a tenner! Sold! I love how girlie it is with the little bow on the neck and the scalloped edging and most of all, how it can literally be worn with anything. I decided to wear it with some patterned leggings which are a bit of a clash, but I quite like it 8)

If you follow me on instagram I posted the outfit before I went out put with yet another print clash in the army jacket! I also got some Nike Airforce 1 high tops for Christmas that I had wanted for aaaaages so that was a nice surprise :) I am a sucker for all white high tops as I love the way they look and are super comfy at the same time.

Have you picked up any sale bargains?
P.S. Sorry for the quality of the pictures, I need a lesson in photography!

Weekend Outfits

Hey Dolls!

Just a quick post of my outfits this weekend :) I am usually not one to be out both nights at the weekend so I was quite impressed I managed to handle two nights of drinking!

On Friday I went to a band night in the Northern Quarter in Manchester. If you read my previous post, I picked up some new things from 'Hearts & Bows' in Manchester City Centre. I wore the leather skirt & nude pink shirt with the studded collar as you can see, teamed with my converse as it wasn't a super dressy night out. I love my new leather skirt & I think I will get loads of wear out of it.

On Saturday I went back to my home town and wore my standard tan wedges (can't get me out of them) and I picked up this white tunic style dress from Topshop in the sale for £18. I think it looked very Zara and for that price I can't really complain! I have also wanted a gold collar choker necklace for ages and at a recent blogger event I was told about a rose gold one in H&M which I went to have a look at. As soon as I saw it, I had to have it!

I had such a nice weekend hope everyone else did too!

Hey Dolls,

Just a little post to show you what I have been buying lately! I've been a bit naughty and had a bit of a spree! I think I deserve it though considering I haven't had a holiday yet this year & I got myself a new job that I love - this is what I'm telling myself anyway!

I am loving Miss Guided at the moment and can't get enough of their new stuff! I'm sick of wearing my Zara leather jacket on a night out (as much as I love it) and I fancied a cream/white boyfriend style blazer to keep me warm. This blazer was only £25.99 !! You can get it HERE. I am also loving the studded collars at the minute so I picked up another Miss Guided dress in cream with the studded collar at £26.99 which you can get HERE.

I was walking through Manchester city centre on the way home last night, and came across 'Hearts & Bows' shop. This is similar to shop 'ARK', if you have heard of it! I absolutely love their stock and I could have bought everything. I managed to narrow it down to the vintage army jacket, leather racer skirt & studded edged collar nude pink blouse. This all came to around £72, which I think is really reasonable considering I got a whole outfit and a jacket. I'm going to wear them for a gig I'm going to this Friday and I don't know if I'm more excited about seeing the band or wearing my new attire, haha.

In Primark I got everything in the picture for £12!! Bargainell ! I needed some large rollers and gold hoops in general and then I have been desperate for a white/cream peplum top, so at £8 I couldn't really say no! If you are into your little charm necklaces, I picked up this letter 'A' one for £1.50 & they have lots of other cute charm necklaces to!

I also couldn't resist some beauty treats too! I decided after reading review after review on Bio Oil and the Sally Hansen 'Insta Dri', I should invest in these products. I haven't tried the 'Insta Dri' yet but I am loving life with the Bio Oil! I coated myself in it last night, and not only does it smell lush, my skin felt AMAZE this morning! I would suggest using it at night, before bed though as I was pretty greasy all night, eww. I got the standard lashes from Superdrug, as at the minute they have a 3 for £10 offer on so it was obviously a sign telling me to stock up 8). I got the individual lashes as well as my favourite going out strip lashes to wear for daytime. I have used these before I got my semi-permanent ones done and I really like them. Unfortunately after wearing semi-permanent for over a year, my eyes gave up on me and started reacting really badly so I had to sack that one off, and this is my alternative. I just threw the magazine & L'oreal youth serum samples in the picture as they were in with the rest of my shopping! See if they make me look any younger...hmm!

Hope you like my pieces!
Hope everyone is having a nice week, roll on Friday!
