Embellished

Racer Crop - Miss Selfridge // Embellished Shorts - Miss Selfridge // Gladiators - Next (old) // Rings - Topshop //Necklace - Primark

Hey!

How nice is the sun right now? I am very impressed with the English weather this week, especially as it rains allllll the time in Manchester (like abnormally). It's making me feel super summery and makes getting up every morning so much easier, not to mention picking out nice sun appropriate outfits each day. The only down side is being stuck in work whilst it's boiling, so I hope it holds out for the weekend too! Although I moan about being in work, I have actually just got a new job that I have been super excited about and I'm enjoying meeting lots of lovely new workies and having a bit of a change :) which is not always a bad thing.

Any way, rambling on over - I recently got a few things from Miss Selfridge that I put together to wear through the day or on holiday/festivals. I think embellished shorts look amazing on a night out but I think dressed down they can look pretty cute too. These ones I picked up in the sale so they are an absolute bargain down from the original price. If you don't know already, I always find Miss Selfridge has lots to offer when it comes down to beads and embellishment. I decided to wear this with a crop top that I have already worn loads of times now as its such a staple item for me. I love a crop top and I really like this racer style, so I got them in a couple of colours as I know I will get lots of wear out of them.

If you haven't noticed already, Primark have had some amazing jewellery these past few months and I have loved finding some absolute gems in there. One being this silver piece that I completely fell in love with. I don't usually wear that much silver jewellery, but this one I had to have! There are lots of gorgeous summer styles so make sure you have a look if you are passing by!

I hope everyone has a lovelyyyy weekend :)

All I see is dollar $ign$

Rihanna Playsuit - River Island // Shoes - Zara // Bag - Miss Selfridge // Cocktails - My Cocktail*

Hey Dolls,

Aghh I've had a massive gap from blogging again :( boo, I always have these phases when I all of a sudden get super busy and don't have time to breathe, let alone blog! I have been up to lots of fun stuff though so I suppose its all good. Last weekend I went to Wireless Festival in London and it was AMAZE! I went last year and loved it so I was very excited for this year, especially as the weather is so lush at the moment. I've got to say though I was pretty much melting away in the heat down South, I think it was 32 degrees at one point = about to die. Despite being cooked alive it was such a good weekend and I cant wait to book for 2014!!

Previous to this I went out for a night with my friends in Manchester at Tiger Tiger for Koosdays, which admittedly I wasn't overly excited for and then I ended up having such a funny night - I love it when that happens! I think half the reason I wasn't too hyped for it was due to the fact I had NOTHING to wear. My wardrobe was like looking into a mound of clothes and seeing blank, absolutely nothing. I haven't been out for a while as well so I feel like I needed something new to wear, like most girls. Then, as if it was fate, I woke up in the morning and the River Island Sale was plastered all over my Twitter feed, so I decided to go check it out as I'd had my eye on quite a lot of the Rihanna stuff. When I got there, there was SO much! I was like a kid in a candy store... on a budget (WAHH). I wanted the red playsuit for ages and I can remember going to get it full price but there was only ever a size 18 in. No surprise the 18 was still there but I decided to try it on anyway out of desperation and it fit like a glove?! Definitely some sort of size mistake there, but obviously I was over the moon! I also picked up some Rihanna shorts that I wore for Wireless that looked super cute - post coming soon of festival outfits!

I teamed the playsuit with my Zara babies and a white clutch bag and I was ready to go! We had pre drinks at my flat and I had very kindly been sent these super YUMMY cocktails from 'My Cocktail'. They have become my new favourite drink and I can't tell you how perfect they are for picnics, pre-drinking, parties, days at the beach and festivals! They have a range of flavours (I got Cosmopolitan, Woo Woo and Mojito) and each pouch serves up to 14 drinks! As well as this the cocktails last up to 3 months so you don't have to drink them all at once which means no waste :). These beauts are only £8 as well which is such a bargain!! You can get these from ASDA and the My Cocktail website even has an option to type in your postcode to find your nearest stockists, what more could you ask for :) ! I will 100% be re-purchasing as they have definitely become my new tipple and all my friends were loving them!

Have you tried 'My Cocktails'?
Did you buy any Rihanna River Island clothes?

Winter Wishlist | My Picks

Winter Wishlist

Hello Ladies!

Just thought I would give you a run down of my current 'Winter Wishlist' ! I have been really naughty of late and keep having a sneaky online shop nearly every week ! Agh, someone come and sort me out! My bank balance is looking far from healthy, however my wardrobe is vastly improving! Nevertheless, I am still always wanting more - standard girl problems. Anyway, here are some of my fave things at the moment!

1. Topshop Boutique Sleeveless Leather Gilet - I am loving these sleeveless leather gilet's of late. Even though I have already got one and it's probably starting to get a bit too chilly to be wearing through the day, I just can't get enough of it. I usually wear mine over a maxi dress or a long sleeve tee.

2. Miss Guided Imana Leaf Trim Bodycon Dress - I think this is such a gorgeous dress for winter. I love this gold leaf print and I think it makes the dress super flattering. I am definitely drooling over Miss Guided of late and have bought quite a few pieces as it's so reasonable and very on trend.

3. Celeb Boutique Aurora White Pleated V Neck, Strong Shoulder Bodycon Dress - Ahhh one day I will own a Herve !! I think I've wanted one for about 5 years. I love the cut of this dress and how it is Kim K inspired - which is something I always like to hear.Celeb Boutique of course, give students like me the chance to own a pretty good match to the real deal. However, I'm thinking this is still one for the rents and will be going on my Christmas list!

4. Miss Guided Nora Star Jumper- Again, I am loving Miss Guided and I love this star/ripped effect jumper, which is reeeeally similar to the Wildfox one that I have wanted for aaaages. At £23 I think this is an absolute barg!! Perfect for throwing on with some skinnies or my wet looks/disco pants!

5. American Apparel Red Disco Pants - I know these have been around for time and everyone is probably bored of talking about/ seeing them. However, I have wanted the red version of these bad boys for quite a while now so I am keen for these to be whacked on my Christmas list too!

6. Miss Selfride Madame Faux Fur Jacket - I'm a sucker for a faux fur jacket and this is no exception. I have quite a few fur coats in my wardrobe but none this particular shade/pattern. I think this would look gorgeous with some leather pants and chunky shoe boots! Delish.

7. Zara Shopper Basket - I love these shopper baskets, I had my eye on the tan version for a while, but I feel as we go into winter I need to drag myself away from my beloved tan items and get some black in my life. I think this bag is classy, sophisticated and practical for the amount of crap I carry around with me. My friends literally call me Mary Poppins as I have EVERYTHING in my bag. You never know though do you... !

8. Return to Tiffany Heart Tag Charm  - I absolutely adore Tiffany jewellery and I think I speak for most girls when I say that every girl would love to receive a little blue box at Christmas, and I am no different. I wear my Tiffany bracelet every day and have been dying for this necklace for a long time. It's so delicate and pretty and I just want it round my neck asap. Haha.

9. Jeffrey Campbell Lita Spike Platform Boot- You can't really go wrong with these can you? I feel Jeffrey Campbell always delivers with their ranges and seeing as everything is stud crazy at the minute, I'd love these beauties to grunge up my outfit, they are too lush.

10. Topshop Fair Isle Beenie - Aww, how cute is this! I am desperate for a beenie as I think they are super cute and this little Topshop number is perfect and practical for Winter. I Want!!

So there we go, my Winter wishlist :)
What do you think of my picks and whats hot on your list?

My Wednesday Wants!

My Wednesday Wants <3
Hey guys :)

Whilst I have been loving the beautiful sunshine again, I have been sat picking out my wishlist of all the things I love right now .....

1. Michael Kors
2. Zara
3. Wildfox
4. Miss Selfridge
5. Zara
6. Christian Louboutin
7. Celeb Boutique
8. All Saints
9. Ark (Levis Strauss Vintage)

There are so many other things I want at the moment but these have to be my favourites! I went into Zara today and wanted to cry at how many amazing pieces they have in at the minute. Wish I had a million pounds to go on a big spree in there, *sigh*.

I have wanted a pair of Louboutins since I was about 13 so I have a feeling they will be on my 'want' list until someone buys me a pair...if only!

As you can see I am feeling the Aztec patterns right now. I love Aztec. Everytime it comes round to summer, it reminds me of holidays and being in the sun which is always going to make me happy! I am also loving the yellow celeb boutique dress. Celeb Boutique is amazing as it is and I love that they have the 'Kimmie' dress now in yellow, as it is one of my favourite colours to wear (along with tan brown & white).

Anyway I hope everyone has had a lush day and managed to get some sunshine !!

Peace & Love

xoxo
