Black & White | LBD

Dress - H&M
Blazer - Miss Guided
Boots - Daisy Street*
Watch - Michael Kors

Hey Dolls,

YAY , it's Friday! This week has gone so fast :O, not that I'm complaining as it always means the weekend is finally here. Just a quick post on a dress I got last month from H&M but I haven't yet had chance to wear it! I'm always a bit unsure about mesh on dresses as it can sometimes look a bit naff but as this dress was only £12.99, I thought it will do for one of them nights when I can't find anything to wear and I need to fall back on some sort of LBD. I'm sporting the studded shoe boots yet again from Daisy street, because I simply cant get enough of them - they literally go with everything and are uber comfy :). Definitely a good investment pair of shoes if you don't want to splurge on the Campbells! I teamed this dress with a white blazer I got from Miss Guided. I got this jacket as I saw Kim K wearing a straight boyfriend one for a change from her usual fitted style blazers and decided I needed one too. Obviously 8). I'm tempted to wear this for a house party this weekend but I'm thinking it's too dressy hmm decisionssss! Oooh also I have had my blog re-vamped by the lovely Becky and I love the new look. It looks much more clean and tidy now so I am a very happy blogger :) If you are looking for a new blog look I couldn't recommend her enough! You can find her VERY reasonable blog shop HERE. (She didn't ask me to write this by the way!)

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend planned!

Weekend Outfits

Hey Dolls!

Just a quick post of my outfits this weekend :) I am usually not one to be out both nights at the weekend so I was quite impressed I managed to handle two nights of drinking!

On Friday I went to a band night in the Northern Quarter in Manchester. If you read my previous post, I picked up some new things from 'Hearts & Bows' in Manchester City Centre. I wore the leather skirt & nude pink shirt with the studded collar as you can see, teamed with my converse as it wasn't a super dressy night out. I love my new leather skirt & I think I will get loads of wear out of it.

On Saturday I went back to my home town and wore my standard tan wedges (can't get me out of them) and I picked up this white tunic style dress from Topshop in the sale for £18. I think it looked very Zara and for that price I can't really complain! I have also wanted a gold collar choker necklace for ages and at a recent blogger event I was told about a rose gold one in H&M which I went to have a look at. As soon as I saw it, I had to have it!

I had such a nice weekend hope everyone else did too!

Drake & New Work Outfits :)

Hello Ladiesss :)

Just a post on my outfits this weekend :), hope everyone had a good one! I had a lovely weekend :) even though I had to work, I managed to grab myself a new uniform that I love and I am so devo it's work uniform!

My boy came up yesterday & we had such a lush day. He came armed with lots of delicious food (I am a poor student ha!), a bunch of lillie's and a massive Easter egg ! YAY. He then took me out for cocktails and dinner - such a babe! THEN to top it off me and my girl Ore went to see Drake last night at the M.E.N..... no joke he was AH-MAH-ZING! If you appreciate Drizzy as much as me, you can imagine he was on fire last night!

Here is what I wore last night for my boy Drake ;) ha ...

Dress - H&M
Jumper- Next
Boots- Manchester Boutique

I am totally in love with my white H&M dress, it fits me perfectly and I love the contrast of brown hair with white/cream clothes for some reason. Therefore, this is one of my favourite outfits :). If you live in the U.K you will know that our little burst of sunshine has disappeared and I certainly needed something to keep me warm, hence the stripey jumper. I got this in the Next sale in a couple of sizes too big and I like to wear it off the shoulder.

Whilst in work on Saturday, I got the chance to choose a couple of outfits for work. I work in House of Fraser on Jaeger & Jaeger Boutique. I don't particularly love all the clothes I work with, however there are some pieces that are really cute. The clothes are rather expensive as it is a high end designer brand and I would never spend so much on some of these simple pieces (especially as a student). However all the things I picked are 100% cotton so you are getting good quality regardless. Here is what I have picked...

They are pretty cute right ! They remind me of something Molly from The Saturdays would wear which is probably what drew me to them in the first place - I love her style :). I would love to wear them out in the summer if I was going out for cocktails, however I probably won't as no one wants to wear their work things out really do they .... Never mind!

I would also like to thank all the girls that tagged me and awarded me on their blogs. I seemed to get them all at once, and I didn't have time to answer all the questions they passed on and tag other people. I also thought that having six tag posts all at once would be too much ! I just wanted to say I am very grateful for you all thinking of me and my blog. Here are the lovely ladies that tagged me, they are all amazing bloggers and you definitely should check them all out ! .....
